RECIPE OF THE WEEK:

Last night was our last night with our temporary roommate, Wade....Wesley's brother. We will miss him around the house, and I know Wesley will miss his golfing buddy. For our last meal together I cooked a Pork Tenderloin, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans. This Pork recipe is one of our favorite go-to meals and SO EASY!

EASY PORK TENDERLOIN
1 Tenderloin
1/4 cup Steak Seasoning (any kind will do, ex. McCormicks)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Flour
Mix together to make a rub and coat tenderloin. Bake at 375 for about 50-60min.

SAUTEED GREEN BEANS
Fresh Green Beans
Olive Oil/ Butter
Fresh Dill

On the stovetop saute green beans until desired tenderness and about 5 min before your done add in some fresh dill.

Let me know if you get to try these out! I got both of these from Erin Butler Norrell, she is such a great cook!
